I got an anchor on my feet
Dragging through cement
My insides are tangled
I can't listen to the things you say
Neighbors grass is greener
Ours was always shit
I am just a shadow
All that's left is to admit
Heart explodes from chest
Images I can't forget
Speech is loud but meaningless
We never speak but close like friends
Did you really think were glued for life?
No future
Nothing ahead of us
I gave you too many chances.
Now, Get out of my head
Stay out of my life.
Stay out of my life.

I generally appreciate the album by album move away from hardcore towards extreme metal. Yet for me personally, this is where the balance is perfect. Kind of like Metallica's Ride the Lightning: subsequent albums were more sophisticated and complex, yet less intense, too. Great to come back to, again and again. jornfin
